Hi I am currently working on the genome of [Dalbergia] (Indian rosewood). Unfortunately, I do not have any RNA-Seq data or protein files for this genome at the moment. However, I have completed the BREAKER3 analysis using the GALAXY server with the default parameters, which resulted in the generation of a GTF output file. Now, I am looking for guidance on how to generate the protein file from this GTF file. Is this the correct approach for gene prediction?
