Toxinpred 3.0 tool

I'm using Toxinpred 3.0 tool for toxicity prediction of peptides. I got the results regarding toxicity however I cannot interpretate what's these value mean in the output file. As follows-

Subject=    Seq_1, ML Score=1, MERCI Score Pos=0, MERCI Score Neg=0, Hybrid Score=1, Prediction=Toxin, PPV=1
Subject=    Seq_2, ML Score=1, MERCI Score Pos=0.5, MERCI Score Neg=0, Hybrid Score=1, Prediction=Toxin, PPV=1
Subject=    Seq_3, ML Score=0.62, MERCI Score Pos=0, MERCI Score Neg=0, Hybrid Score=0.62, Prediction=Toxin, PPV=0.654
Subject=    Seq_4, ML Score=1, MERCI Score Pos=0, MERCI Score Neg=0, Hybrid Score=1,Prediction=Toxin, PPV=1

Can anyone help me to interpret the values. Also I'm looking for more tools for toxicity prediction, Thanks!
