Hi,

I want to use CIBERSORTx to deconvolution the bulk RNA-seq data of atherosclerotic ldlr-/- mouse aorta. Now I need a gene expression matrix per cell type, which means the rows represent genes and the columns represent cell type. Importantly, the matrix must be derived from scRNA-seq.

I will use this matrix to build a signature matrix but I don't find the matrix I need. So my question is if there are any database which contains this gene expression matrix per cell type of atherosclerotic ldlr-/- mouse aorta from scRNA-seq data?
