Karytotype color annotations

Hi! i am following karyoplotR to do coverage plotting chromosome wise Can anyone name the color annotations of this figure.

1. **What does blue, gray, red and black regions represent?
2. Is red color representing centromere position? **
3. Why do we see blue regions only in few chromosomes and not all: like chr13, 21?
