I have noticed that the Disease & Variants section of the UniProtKB appears to be outdated and lacking in maintenance. As an important resource for understanding the relationship between protein variations and associated diseases, I am seeking recommendations for the most up-to-date and well-maintained database or website for Disease & Variants information. Could you please suggest the best alternative resource for this purpose?
