cibersort. problem

Hi, I am building gene expression matrix with cibersortx and I got this error

Error in rep(2, size * (length(cells) - 1)) : invalid 'times' argument
Calls: CIBERSORTxFractions -> makeRefandClassFiles
Execution halted

Does anyone encounter this before? What's the issue would be?. Thank you sooo much in advance.

I'm also struggling with the same problem, or error. Did you encounter it when you create signature matrix from scRNA-seq? I'm using expression matrix aggregated by annotated cell types with Seurat. It doesn't work... I also need help for the issue...
