Kegg Pathways to Circos

Hi Everyone,

I have been thinking/trying to link all the genes in a microbial genome together that are present within a certain pathway in a circos plot. Currently I have a plot with one completely circularized chromosome, and reconstruct mapper data. What would be the best way to go about this, would I simply find each gene within the annotated file and write out the links manually myself or is there some tool/method that would make by life easier
