2) Small changes in the format of some cross-reference identifiers
These changes impact cross-references to BTO, ChEBI, HGNC and VGNC.
- For BTO and ChEBI the column ":" was replaced by an underscore "_".
- For HGNC and VGNC the gene "number" was replaced by respectively
"HGNC:number" and "VGNC:number".
Examples:
DR BTO; BTO:0002947
->
DR BTO; BTO_0002947
CC Monoclonal antibody target: ChEBI; CHEBI:17292; Lactotetraosylceramide.
->
CC Monoclonal antibody target: ChEBI; CHEBI_17292; Lactotetraosylceramide.
CC Genetic integration: Method=Transduction; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:11730; TERT.
->

CC Sequence variation: Mutation; VGNC; 39270; CIC; Simple; p.Pro1551fs (c.4650_4653delCCCT); Zygosity=Heterozygous (PubMed=31175136).

3) Changes in the file cellosaurus_xrefs.txt
A new optional tag "Db_IRI" was added to allow the semantic representation of some cross-references and/or ontologies.
Example:
Abbrev: UBERON
Name : Uber-anatomy ontology
Server: https://uberon.github.io/
Db_URL: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/uberon/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252F%s
Db_IRI: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/%s
Term. : Yes
Cat : Anatomy/cell type resources
