I have a list of proteins from a serum study. I want to find what are the sex hormone and other hormone related proteins (peptides) in this list. What are the available tools for such analysis?
I was look into gprofiler, however still trying to figure out how to look for proteins/peptides related to sex hormones/ other hormones.
If you have any suggestion please assist.
