Are there tools to find differences in biochemical pathways between organisms?

With the current availability of bioinformatics and genetic data, would it be possible to find out what specific biochemical pathway is associated with a given species?

For instance, would it be possible to determine what biochemical pathways are specific for, say, E. coli, in comparison to Enterococcus? Of course, there is a lot of data; let's focus on the quorum-sensing pathway. Using the KEGG database, for instance, it is possible to get the visualization of the pathways for E. coli:

as well as for Enterococcus:

Is there a way to determine what of these pathways are different between these two species? Maybe a specific bioinformatic tool or a different database than KEGG?

Thank you.
