Hello:
When I download the data from the data set in the ccle,I have some problems to understand the meaning of the parameter. In the compound-cell line data,I have problems.
- I do not understand the difference between "Activity Data (median)" and "Activity SD"
- The option of FitType is Sigmoid Constant Linear.How can the data be summarized in what fitype?What is the reason?
- What is the calculation methods of the EC50,IC50,Amax,ActArea?
