cant find full annotated genomes of two strains of mouse (C57BL/6NJ and BALB/cJ)

I have 150 imprinted genes and their sequences of organism mus musculus. I want to compare and find variations (SNPs) among imprinted genes of two strains of mouse namely C57BL/6NJ and BALB/cJ. I cant find full annotated genomes of both the strains (C57BL/6NJ and BALB/cJ) of mouse.

Just look in the files here, which are in GRCm38 coordinates (since they're differences between the various strains and it). That would seem vastly easier than trying to generate an annotation for a draft genome assembly.
