Hello friends,

After performing the Peakzilla peak caller, I got .tsv output.. I want to visualize this output using the Homer to get motif. so it must be in bed  .

Can any one tell me how to convert .tsv to .bed?

The tsv file might already be in BED format, which is just a special case of tsv. Show a few lines and it should be apparent what reformatting is needed.
