Hello friends,

After performing the Peakzilla peak caller, I got .tsv output.. I want to visualize this output using the Homer to get motif. so it must be in bed.

Can any one tell me how to convert .tsv to .bed?

The tsv file might already be in BED format, which is just a special case of tsv. Show a few lines and it should be apparent what reformatting is needed.
