I tried http://intermine.modencode.org to download chromatin state genomic co-ordinates of C.elegans reported in the paper http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21177976. All I found was Chip-Seq data but not chromatin states. Any suggestions? Thanx in advance
What sort of data are you looking for if not ChIPseq? Have you tried searching SRA?
Chromatin states are the regions *( in BED format) enriched with combinatorial histone ChIP-Seq marks. These sets were available for drosophila at modENCODE but not for C.elegans.
Right, so you want to call peaks and intersect/overlap them then.
They are feasible but I am just looking for the data that they already published. :)
You'll likely have to ask them to upload the peak calls then.
