hiii, i am a beginner, and doing my masters degree research work. I am currently working on gene expression data for saccharomyces cerevisiae with the help of microarray. i want to make a regulatory network of genes which are present in my data. but i am struck as i dont know how to make network from a microarray gene expression data. I installed the GeneMania app in the cytoscape and didnt get ne idea how to proceed.

Cytoscape, did you read the manual. It has so many plug-ins. more you explore, more you get into the networks. :)

Personally, I'd not be very confident in such analysis basing on gene expression data alone. It shows only potential changes on the protein level. Tools like GeneMania will find plethora of interactions but it should be interpreted with great caution. @goforitpeehu Try to find some evidence at the protein level (eg. using data from public repositories like, arrayexpress, pride, geo).
