Hi everybody,

Although this topic may not be a common question here, but I like to know your idea about it. As we know the simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers can use for human or even plant disease diagnosis. Given the high variation of these markers among different individuals, including healthy and people with some disease, how to identify a possible human disease by analyzing them? or it may be to say that as we have not a stable pattern among healthy people as a reference, how to analyze them to find a possible disease in a person? thanks for nay comment.
