Local Galaxy : tbl2asn_23_7 installation fails (python error)

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me deal with my problem: I am currently customizing a local version of the Galaxy platform on my computer and I'd like to install Prokka (maintained by CRS4) everything works pretty well until Galaxy tries to install the tbl2asn_23_7 package, a dependency owned by takadonet. I have the following error and I must say I've tried quite a lot of things to solve the issue but it did not work:

'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'

It looks like a python error but there is probably another problem somewhere.

Any ideas?

You should post this on the Galaxy server: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/

PS: on the new version of Biostar moderators will be able to "migrate" a post to another biostar instance if that serves the right community
