Off topic:How to know the novel antissense from sense and antisense counts

Hi All,

I have two columns, the first one represents antisense count, and the second one represents sense counts. What is the best way to detect novel antisense based on those counts (I mean is there any statistical method can we use to identify the significant of these counts).
