HI all,

I have found a variant in the start codon of a protein (does not seem to have crystal structure. Any anyone suggest ways I can see the effect of this on the protein (folding/ interaction) or any other way if you have experience.

Thanks!

Mamta

You're looking for "ab initio structure prediction" software. If you google for that term then you'll get what you need. I should note that the predictions tend to be better if there's at least a related structure that's been solved (it can then be used as the starting point for the prediction).
