How to write complete sentences?

I'm guessing that your post could be rewritten as: "I'm using GEOquery in R to download public datasets. I'm able to retrieve datasets but I'm not sure how to look extract individual samples or values from the resulting object".

For p-values, you need to calculate them.

That will depend entirely on the type of microarray. There's no single answer to your question. You'd be advised to contact a local bioinformatician for help.

Please improve your question substantially, add more detail and improve the language, seek help from a native english speaker.

This seems to be more or less the same question like your other one.

Not sure if this helps, but iPathwayGuide offers the ability to upload output from GEO2R.

We have a number of in-app videos that explain how do use it.  Below is an example showing how to use GEO2R in connection with iPathwayGuide.  Best of all it's FREE!
