Where can I find the rs ids of SNPs on the the Affymetrix Human Immune and inflammatory 9k SNP array?

I have looked in Affymetrix, in UCSC database, ensembl, and I just cannot find it.

I also couldn't find it at the affymetrix website. Contact customer service of affymetrix is the best suggestion I think
