Jellyfish v2.1.4 make error

Hi, I got make error when compiling the git version today. Please HELP.

I compiled it on ubuntu 14.04

gcc 4.9.2

g++ 4.9.2

I suspect it's only the version string that wasn't generated. Could you please try:

  • find and open jellyfish.cc
  • replace std::cout << PACKAGE_STRING << std::endl; with std::cout << ""<< std::endl;
  • then try to compile again.
