how to draw bipartite graph in cytoscape3

Hi all,

I am trying to draw a network in cytoscape3. There are 1023 interactions in my network and as a result the network is so noisy. I need to have a nice and informative network for my paper. I thought if I could draw a bipartite graph my problem can be solved. I searched for the plugin to do this in cytoscape. I found BiLayout plugin, but unfortunately it was not installed properly.

Can any one guide me how to solve this problem?

select the nodes in the first partition and move them to the left, then select the nodes in the second partition and move them to the right. Once you've done that you can rearrange the nodes using 'Align and distribute'
