I've never heard of this program but I did a web search and it was the top hit. Less than a minute of searching revealed there is a lot of documentation: http://autodock.scripps.edu/faqs-help/how-to

If you have a specific question not covered on that site, please refine your post. Also, please be considerate and do a little searching first. People are more likely to help if you show some effort.
