Hello,

I am currently trying to look at the difference between multiple nucleotide sequences. Since I am on a Mac OS and do not have an .ISO file or anything, I am constrained to use available mac software. Ideally, I am looking for something like this:

The visualization is called a SimPlot (more info on this here) - it is ideal because it gives nucleotide resolution of variation across multiple sequences. It is a Windows only program, and I don't have a Windows system to run on my mac.

Does anyone know of something that could generate a similar plot?
