I am a newer in velveth I download it and I want to make kimerlength =63 but I get a message that
no matches found: [MAXKMERLENGTH = 63]
What can I do?
My computer has 16 GB RAM
You could read the velvet manual. When I compiled velvet, I had to include maxkmerlength (or something like that) flag. However, I seem to recall that there was some minor issue where in the manual they used " instead of ' or some accented version of these, which did not work as such at least on my command line..
