Hello:

I am processing the data on the Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer. What confused me is how to get IC values by what method. From the raw data, I know it contains unprocessed fluorescence intensity values for all screening plates. What I do not understand is how to transfer the FI to IC values.

I know the method is in the http://www.cancerrxgene.org/help/#t_curve and the paper "Systematic identification of genomic markers of drug sensitivity in cancer cells" also describes it. But there is something too simple.

Through my comprehension, α, β, f are calculated with raw data using MCMC method and then they are used to calculate the IC values. If so, could you tell me more details about how to use MCMC to get parameters.

It would be nice of you to answer my problem.
