Hello

I have used gem mappability software to convert their encoded fasta format to wiggle and bedgraph.

However I understand that while their values in the encoded FASTA format ranges to thousands, in bedgraph, as expected, these values are ranging between 0-1.

I was not able to find any documentation on how to interprete these values.

For example, if I intend to call some regions of the genome as unmappable, what threshold I should use, etc.

Thanks
