I want to use soapdenovo-127mer to assembly chloroplast genome, but when it was running at half, Linux shows "out of memory", and I got the informations from htop that soapdenovo-127mer used more than 20G RAM, which is larger than my computer(16GB).

Please tell me how to do it on my computer. I try to apply for some supercomputers, but since I am not American, I got reject from XSEDE, and Chiese native supercomputers seems do not open for personal.

P.S.: I don't know whether it is about /swap size, I have 8GB and I can't change the size or I have to reinstall the system.
