I've been trying to find the histone modification/RNA-seq/DNA methylation data of the Epigenome roadmap project from http://www.roadmapepigenomics.org/data/

I can't find some of the data described in "Dissecting neural differentiation regulatory networks through epigenetic footprinting", which is the data from ES cell differentiate into Neuroepithelial, and then Early Radial Glial, and Mid Radial Glial cells.

According to the Nature paper they seemed to deposited all their data onto the roadmap website, can anyone help me to find them please?

Thank you

As far as I know road map consortium didn't collect epigenomic data from cancer. If you are referring to Polak et. al. 2015, they analysed published datasets and compared with the roadmap (normal epigenome) data.

Hi

Search for the H9 cell line and their differentiated counterparts. Most of the datasets you are probably looking for is here.

Hope this helps.
