Error in Running BLAT program

Hello,

I downloaded from BLAT precompiled website http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/userApps.src.tgz and I did make but after compiling the following error messages.

compilation terminated.
make[2]: *** [hmac.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/midox/Bureau/userApps/kent/src/lib'
make[1]: *** [topLibs] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/midox/Bureau/userApps/kent/src'
make: *** [libs] Error 2

Do you have an idea how to solve this problem?

These are the linux x86_64 precompiled binaries you want.

Can you send me a compressed file precompiled BLAT?

because I have not managed to make it work can be I do not have the correct files DOWNLOADED

Just get them from the link I just posted.

I download the three files:

blat
gfClient
gfServer

but after, I have to put these files in directory?

I type "make" in BlatSrc do and here's the result:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../lib//jkweb.a', needed by `blat'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/mehdi/Bureau/blatSrc/blat'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I did not understand the problem with blat. :(

The files I linked are pre-compiled binaries. You don't make pre-compiled binaries. They are executable files.
