Hello
I am planning to use DRIMM-synteny. I need to compile it from its C# source code (which I have found at http://bix.ucsd.edu/projects/drimm/#DRIMM, bottom of the page). I have installed Mono and MonoDevelop to compile and debug the source code. It seems that some ressources are missing (my OS is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and it seems that DRIMM has windows .NET framework dependencies which I did not manage to provide).
Is there a way to compile this source code and have it run properly in Linux? If not how can I compile this in Windows and still have the executables work in Linux? Can I download executables of DRIMM from somewhere?
Thank you very much for your help
How did you try to compile and error messages when compiling would increase your chances of getting an answer.
