I'm new in bio information. I have the 60 SNPs with their positions(found from NCBI) in excel. Also I have one sample from 3 populations and their haplotypes.

Can I calculate the genetic distance between each two SNPs? What format of files include the information of genetic distance.

  Thank you so much!

Have you tried subtraction?
