Dear All

I have four genomes of four species which belong to the same genus, and I want to find orthologs among these species. I heard that orthoMCL can be used to find them. what is the workflow for this?

Thanks

OrthoMCL documentation is quite detailed, you should read it carefully. There is also a good tutorial here. However, your first step is to perform annotation and find genes on your genomes.
