Biomart don't give Entrez gene Id for some genes, any alternative tool?

I used Biomart for id conversion, it's very helpful, but it didn't give me Entrez gene Id for some genes, is there any alternative tool?

Are you sure those genes have entrez IDs and that whatever identifier you provided Biomart is correct?
