Hi all,

How to calculate the total number of cancer patients available in each tumor types in DNA-seq in TCGA?

You can enter the TCGA data portal, click on the name of the 'Cancer type' and get a table that shows how many samples are found for each type of assay (e.d DNAseq, mRNAseq.. etc)
