Is there any tool to find common/overlap interactions between two networks.

I strongly recommend you Cytoscape in order to analyse Networks:

If you code interactions in a network in a two-column format (and for each row you place the columns in alphabetical order) then you can just use shell tools like cat, join, unique, sort to answer your question or do multiple other analyses.
