BLAST Tools: asn2gb????

Hi guys

Does anyone have any experience in running BLAST Tools asn2gb which converts .asn files to genbank?

I am struggling to get mine running and would love to see an example of a script or any such thing please?!

I used asn2gb to convert sqn to gb file... First I downloaded linux64.asn2gb.gz from: https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools/converters/by_program/asn2gb And then uncompressed. chmod +x linux64.asn2gb Convert command: ./linux64.asn2gb -i annotation.sqn -o annotation.gb
