Question: How to download multiple expression datasets from EBI database using ArrayExpress

Hi,

I would like to download 560+ experiments from the ArrayExpress database. I have tried to download few experiments manually using the ArrayExpress function from the ArrayExpress R package.

ArrayExpress("E-BUGS-58"), ArrayExpress("E-BUGS-64")...

I coudn't find functions either to download multiple experiments at a time or parallelize the download. Could you please advise if there are options available to download multiple experiments by parallelizing the downloading.

Thanks for the link, it is useful for downloading the entire BUGS set of experiments. I have to download only subset of them.

Then use a script to download what you need.
