Support For This Command In Picard -- Samtools View Xxxx:Location1-Location2

Hi,

I just started exploring Picard and couldn't find the support for the samtools command which allows us to specify a range.

Have I missed it or its unavailable?

Any tips on how to implement it?

You can easily implement it using the picard API. See this previous question for an example of code.
