Can any one tell me how to perform correlation analysis between binary and continuous variables? I have to do this analysis for publication wherein we are trying to construct between binary and continuous variables and the correlations will be used for drawing the edge between two nodes and also represents the strength of the interaction

Normally you would just fit with a binomial (or do factorial regression). Would either of those work for your needs?

Hi Devon Ryan, There is an article which speaks about using bayesian probit models for generating correlation but the methodology they have followed is not so clear to me.
