(Putty) command line for generate heatmaps

Hi,

I run DGE using trinity in command line script and I try a lot to generate the heat maps but something wrong in my script. I had the TMM_normalized.FPKM, what also should I prepare before run the heatmap script? If some one can write to me the wright script I will be thankful

Heatmap of what? Gene? Samples? You can follow the manual of DESeq2 which have some guideline as to how to draw the heatmap, just remember that you won't need to perform the transformation as it seems like you don't have the raw counts.

And this really isn't relate to putty...
