Obtaining length and %GC of genes using Biomart

I have a list of Entrez IDs. I am trying to get their length and %GC content using Biomart.

However, I do not know how can I write the required instructions.

Any help?

hi,

You can use the BioMart website. Its fairly easy.

See, from the drop-down menu, you can choose Entrez ID even, as your input list.

Once there, from the Attributes section choose Features and then select GC% for your output.
