how to get nekwick file for our sequence file

hello ...

hope you doing great. for my phylogenetic analysis i am using MEGA software. i am looking to build tree using Time Tree which is in MEGA phylogenetic software. but it is asking for nekwick file for the analysis. any one have idea how to create this .nwk file for sequence data.

That means you have to build a phylogenetic tree first (for your topology), the TimeTree can estimate the divergence timing of the branches based on calibration data.
