Error while building picard tools from broadinstitute-picard-a4d54b4

Hi,

I downloaded the new release of picard-tools:broadinstitute-picard-a4d54b4

I followed the documentation on building it:

1. Built htsjdk successfully

2. run ant to build picard-tools which ends with this error:

   build.xml:552: Could not find picard.cmdline.CreateHtmlDocForProgram. Make sure you have it in your classpath
   

I'm using java1.8.0_45.

Help would be appreciated.
