I am pretty new to bioinformatics, could anyone recommend user friendly genomic bioinformatic tools for analyzing cell lines.

Welcome to bioinformatics. Please elaborate on what you mean by "analyzing", because tools do specific things and "analyze" is as generic as a task description gets.
