I am visualizing my read mapping to genome with genome browser. But each track make its y axis scale to the better point of view and I can't see the differences between each sample in expression. I can change the options for each sample and make all y axis the same, but it is tedious since I must do it for each different gene I'am looking at. There is some options to change ? So the Y axis of all sample be aways the maximum number of a track ?

My goal is be able to see the differences in expression.

What is your genome browser? There are many GBrowse, IGB, IGV, Ensembl ....?
