Dear Bioinformatics gurus: Is there any downloadable database of disease-vs-normal gene expression profiles?

For each disease, this would be a list of all probesets with a fold-change and p-value.

Context: The BioConductor package "ConnectivityMap" contains a matrix (rankMatrix) of drug gene expression profiles. However, I am interested in disease gene expression profiles (from microarray experiments of disease versus normal tissues). A ranked matrix would suffice, but a list with fold-change and p-value would be best.

I would apply this for drug repositioning by performing GSEA using as input the up- and down-regulated genes from my specific drug of interest.

Thanks in advance!

I believe https://genevestigator.com/gv/ (perhaps not freely) offers what you are looking for.
