The full job post is here. We have a position open for a masters or PhD level bioinformatician to work together with us and other DEEP consortium members. The ideal candidate would be able to start ASAP, since the project duration is limited (you'd be replacing someone that got poached by a company).
Your tasks
- support epigenome studies and comparative analyses
- implement standardized workflows and quality control for deep-sequencing analysis
- experimental design and consultation
Your qualifications
We are looking for motivated team players with strong communication skills and the desire to work in a dynamic environment. The successful applicants will
- have proven experience with deep-sequencing analysis (e.g. ChIP-seq)
- have computational skills
- have a solid background in statistical data analysis
- have an MSc in bioinformatics or related field (PhD is an advantage)
- be fluent in English.
